A Word from Wayne
I wish to take a moment to tell you how much I enjoyed meeting many of you at the ASI convention. It was truly the highlight of the summer. I’m grateful to have had the opportunity to speak about Better Living Ministry at the ASI convention. My prayer is that many people will catch the vision of reaching out to French-speaking people around the world.

Better Living at the ASI convention

We really enjoyed attending the ASI convention in Orlando, Florida from August 4 to 8. We were able to network with many people and get fresh new ideas. We also had the opportunity to talk about our ministry in the main convention hall. We were able to share our vision to reach French-speaking people around the world. Many people encouraged us in our efforts. We will post a video of the interview as soon as it’s available.

What is ASI?

ASI stands for Adventist-laymens Services and Industries. It is a group of ministries and business people who share Christ in their marketplace and who support projects worldwide. We interviewed a few people at the ASI convention to get their impressions about the convention. You can watch the interviews here (French only).

Better Living Projects DVD

Better Living had a booth at ASI convention where we gave out copies of our latest projects DVD and our special ASI edition newsletter. We also let people taste a little of Quebec’s goodness by offering free 100% pure maple candy. Many people encouraged us in our vision to reach French-speaking people worldwide.

Spiritual quotation
“Through nature and revelation, through His providence, and by the influence of His Spirit, God speaks to us. But these are not enough; we need also to pour out our hearts to Him. In order to have spiritual life and energy, we must have an actual relationship with our heavenly Father…. In order to commune with God, we must have something to say to Him concerning our actual life. Prayer is the opening of the heart to God as to a friend.” Steps to Christ, p. 93
