Better Living‘s online store now open
Better Living‘s online store is now officially open! You will find CDs of our radio programs and DVDs of our video productions. Music will also be soon available for download and on CDs. We will keep adding different products in the next few weeks. This online store is the most simple and efficient way for us to process your orders. We encourage you to visit it regularly to be aware of available items.
Fundraising update
Last month, we focused on the financial aspect of Better Living and we expressed our needs to you. Our goal is to find 500 partners willing to commit to a monthly donation of $10. We are happy to report that we have reached 45% of our goal. We want to sincerely thank those of you who answered the call and chose to support us. However, as you can see, we are still lacking the necessary funds to cover our monthly budget. Perhaps you thought of joining us but haven’t done it yet. There’s no better time than right now.
Website statistics
Our website statistics are for us a great source of encouragement. Many people have been visiting Better Living‘s website and downloading content. During the month of September 2010, 2,925 unique visitors came to the website (that’s approximately a 550% increase since June 2010). We are counting more than 78,000 hits (that’s over 180 % increase since June 2010). Finally, more than 4,000 shows were listened to. We hope that more and more people will find on our website a source of blessings and answers to their questions.
Testimony
“After a very traumatic experience in my family, I distanced myself from God and stopped attending church. Better Living‘s radio shows helped me to come back to God. I started attending church again every week with my family. Thank you Better Living Team for these uplifting shows.” – Anonymous listener.
Food for thought
“The Christian does not think God will love us because we are good, but that God will make us good because He loves us.” — C. S. Lewis
Spiritual quotation
“Even though forgiveness is free, how can we preserve all of its value? By acknowledging that we desperately need it. By understanding how much it cost Heaven to offer us such a gift. By appreciating the love that inspired this gift, the deep longing of the Father to be reconciled with his children. Only a gift could match a destitution such as ours with a love such as his.” — Morris. L. Venden
